Collaboration & Organizational Change

These three items are my reactions to two of the individual workshops and my 'plan for practice'. A year had passed since my first CCT course in the summer of 2003; it was now summer of 2004 and I was preparing to enter the program full-time in the fall. Once again, I found the group work in the workshops both rewarding and, occasionally, frustrating. There is no question that working with others, learning to speak up and verbalize my thoughts, and refraining from instant self-criticism are all things I struggle with and need to work on further. Every time I read these reaction papers, it reminds me that this is an area in which I can improve.

The Facilitating workshop is a good example of how to learn from imperfect situations!

This document should be framed and kept on my desk - in it I list such worthy insights that are still as relevant to me today as they were when written. It can almost be called a personal manifesto in terms of how I would like to internalize the CCT philosophy in both my personal and professional lives.
