The three items below illustrate a research process that I adopted: in the first, I itemize a list of search strategies that I thought would be useful, including individual databases to interrogate; in the second item, I try to break apart and "unpack" the topic so that I could see its constituent parts in black and white; and in the third item, I present the abstract from my completed paper. To me these three items mimic the "focusing in....opening out...focusing back in" development process for CCT studies as a whole.
